Why do we have so many problems with our health? One of the underlying factors could be that we are not really concerned about the junk food that we eat. We also eat convenient food as we are always on the run because we are extremely busy. We really do not have time to look for healthy nutritious foods and we therefore grab whatever is quick and easy buy.

The desire to be physically healthy is the greatest factor to have a healthy body. You cannot eat nutritious food or even exercise if you are not motivated to do such things because having here a healthy body and mind requires maintenance.



Getting kids to eat healthy diets is not that hard if you start off correctly and remain vigilant. Kids will go with what they are offered until they start getting offered all kinds of unhealthy foods that taste really good, like sugary, salty types of tastes. It's not easy to keep your kid on the right track with food choices when you can't control every waking minute of their exposure to the unhealthy food world outside your home.

Green vegetables have high levels of iron, B vitamins and magnesium. These play an important role in the production of energy. They are also high in antioxidants that help to strengthen the immune system. To get the most of the nutrients it is best to eat them raw. If you are unable to eat them raw then steam the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes only.
